Skimming surfaces enough to create wounds.

  1. June,

Again and again, you show your gift of creating so much meaning within such a tight frame. This one is a great and staggering example.

Can't help but think of the cliche that goes, "I would have written a shorter letter but I didn't have the time." I wonder about your creative process. Does it come to you easily, these exquisite compositions, or do you labor?

However they come to be, they are each amazing, unique creations.

    Thank you.

    Tom

    1. Tom,
I come across much of these compositions much like you do by reflecting. Most of the time they materialize when I'm thinking about someone. Or, I could be walking down the street and a random kind gesture bestowed on someone by another stranger inspires me. It could be a particular word that I read, just by the pure fact that I loved how it sounded or felt like when I speak it.
      Many things can inspire me.
But the main reason I keep such few words is b/c it challenges me. Keeps me at bay when I'm not in full writing mode.

You are always so kind to me.

      Much love.

      June
